2025-26 School Year

Deposit equal to one half month of tuition due April 19th.

Invoice will be added to Procare in the month of April.

Forms required to be filled out newly each year:

1. 2025-26 Laurel Academy Enrollment Agreement

2. Health History and Consent for Treatment

3. Emergency Comfort Kit (Newly revised)

4. New copy of medically verified immunizations.
